Sasha Fay is a transformative leader in advanced analytics, currently heading OLG’s AI and data science team. With over a decade of experience, Sasha has led enterprise-wide innovation, from deploying machine learning at scale to reimagining core products through data. A passionate educator, Sasha teaches machine learning at the postgraduate level and co-leads Data for Good, applying AI for social impact. Sasha holds a Master’s in Management Analytics from Queen’s and a Statistics degree from Waterloo, anchoring a career defined by bold thinking, ethical AI, and change leadership
