1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1. The Organizer of the Data Intelligence Summit NYC 2025 shall prepare and conduct the Summit on February 25–26, 2026, in New York City, USA.
2. Form of Participation. Rights and Obligations of the Participant
2.1. The Participant agrees to pay the participation fee selected above.
2.2. Travel to the event location and accommodation expenses are not included in the participation fee.
2.3. The Participant shall pay the Organizer 100% of the participation fee within 7 days of the date of the proforma invoice.
3. Summit Registration and Cancellation
3.1. If the Summit is cancelled due to the Organizer’s fault, the Organizer shall refund the Participant 100% of the paid amount.
3.2. If the Participant wishes to cancel their participation, they must notify the Organizer at least 30 calendar days before the start of the Summit. In this case, the Participant will be refunded 100% of the paid amount.
4. Force Majeure
4.1. In the event of force majeure, the Organizer is released from all obligations.
4.2. Force majeure is defined as any circumstance beyond the control of the Organizer.
5. COVID-19
5.1. If the Data Intelligence Summit NYC 2025 is postponed due to COVID-19 restrictions, the Participant will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their package to the rescheduled date.
5.2. If the Participant is unable to attend the Summit due to local COVID-19 restrictions, they must inform the Organizer no later than 7 days before the Summit. The Organizer will provide a full refund.
6. Term of the Agreement and Termination
6.1. This Agreement comes into force upon signature by both Parties and remains valid until all obligations are fulfilled.
6.2. The Agreement is executed in two original copies in English, one for each Party. Both copies are equally valid.
